Responsibilities:
- Refresh, and upgrade branding for the company and individual products/lines.
- Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, social media, banners).
- Design website and landing page visuals.
- Develop branding materials and ensure visual consistency.
- Produce sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, brochures).
- Design visuals for webinars, events, and PR activities.
- Prepare assets for video production (storyboards, thumbnails, visual elements).
- Adapt designs for different platforms and formats while maintaining brand standards.
- Manage and organize design files, templates, and brand assets.
- Work with stock assets and licensed materials in compliance with usage rights.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to speed up creative workflows.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused design (digital, web, presentations).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator).
- Experience designing for paid ads, social media, and landing pages.
- Understanding of conversion-focused design and marketing funnels.
- Ability to work with brand guidelines and create scalable design systems.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
