Hunch is a fast-growing platform transforming how brands and agencies execute paid social campaigns. Marketing at Hunch is not a support function - it’s one of the core drivers of new revenue. We're agile, fast-paced, and sales-led, which means design is not decoration; it’s a growth lever.

This is not a typical graphic design role.

We’re hiring a Marketing Designer - someone who thinks like a marketer, executes like a designer, and thrives in systems. You’ll work within the marketing team, not as a service unit, and your output will directly impact campaigns, customer growth, and Hunch’s brand in the market.

We’re looking for someone curious, hungry, and proactive - a person who doesn’t wait to be briefed, but brings ideas, experiments with tools, and builds systems others can use. You should be excited about automation, AI, and new formats, and ready to scale creative that makes Hunch stand out in the B2B space.

What you’ll be doing

1. Design for speed and scale
   • Build a scalable creative system using tools like Gamma, Figma, and Opus Clip.
   • Create reusable, on-brand templates for LinkedIn, ads, one-pagers, landing pages, and more.
   • Automate repetitive tasks - the goal isn’t pixel-perfection, but iteration and performance.
2. Creative production across channels
   • Support ABM campaigns, sales enablement, and social storytelling.
   • Cut short-form video from interviews, add captions, and export ready-to-post assets.
   • Design marketing assets in sync with content, performance, and ABM marketing.
3. From idea to execution
   • Participate in early campaign planning - shape creative direction from the start.
   • Work fast, test faster, and double down on what works.
   • Help others move quickly by building design systems and templates, but take ownership of your area.
4. Visual system ownership
   • Define and evolve Hunch’s visual identity - we don’t have rigid brand rules.
   • Build a self-serve system that helps others create on-brand assets with speed.
   • Balance output systems with time for strong, standout creative concepts.
   • You’ll have time for the big ideas once systems are in place.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Understands marketing and designs for business outcomes, not for Behance.
• Is curious and self-driven - always learning, trying, proposing.
• Is hungry - you want ownership, pace, and to learn by doing.
• Wants to move fast and figure things out along the way.
• Uses AI and automation to speed up work, not add more of it.
• Owns creative work end-to-end and collaborates closely with others.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and experienced in utilizing AI Design automation tools.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments.
• Built a design system or creative template engine.
• Edited video content for LinkedIn or YouTube.
• Worked with Gamma, Opus Clip, Figma, or similar tools.
• Supported employer branding or internal brand design (merch, team events, recording setup).
• 3 years of experience in design.
