Who we are:
We’re the Global Business Marketing team. We define, protect, and promote the value of the X company for advertisers through global strategies, messages, content, and standards.
What You'll Do:
We’re aiming to provide marketing design support around initiatives with advertising revenue potential. This person sits on a global team and will mainly partner with the local marketing team to design marketing materials aimed to promote the value X can provide to advertisers to ultimately drive more revenue in the Americas region – from sales enablement collateral, to events and promotional assets for digital O&O channels.
This person will also be responsible for supporting our Global Content Partnerships Business, consolidating cross-functional inputs into one holistic, designed sales pitch deck. This will help drive revenue for the events and occasions with the greatest revenue potential in the regions.
What you’ll be doing:

Design sales pitch decks, and one-pagers in Keynote from the consolidated inputs

Design brand and creative assets (eg. Key visuals, banners, social assets, blog headers, event digital background template design, etc) for events and initiatives from the marketing team

Build cross functional relationships to understand and collect the inputs from each support team that contributes content (Product, Partnerships Marketing, Research, etc)

Create a clear deliverable plan, workback calendar, and timeline of when teams need to submit inputs and when you’ll deliver finalized collateral

Upload content to a central hub and update each deck as new content inputs come in from the support teams

Provide sporadic design support to global projects from the team

Partner with the counterparts in the JAPAC and EMEA to drive innovation and optimizations in what we do and how we work to support the business
Who you are:

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in designing creative assets and sales collateral with proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, InDesign and Keynote – Video editing/animation is a plus

Proven experience in receiving branding/creative briefs and working with project leaders to achieve the desired outcomes

You have project management skills, and you are able to work cross-functionally to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules

Experience in working in global settings and with teams in different offices/timezones

Ability to be agile and work through uncertainty

Excellent internal communication skills
Language Requirements:
Fluent English. Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese will be an advantage for this role.
