Job brief 

We are seeking a competent Marketing Designer to support and assist with our marketing initiatives. This primarily involves creating marketing graphics for all presale and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be a professional with a passion for the job, who can plan and execute proficient techniques and can drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.


  • Actively work with your team to assist in the design of marketing campaigns.

  • Assists with producing ideas for promotional events or activities and aids in organizing them efficiently. 

  • Supports the marketing team with research initiatives (customer, brand, and product).

  • Assists the marketing team with the sales team’s brand initiatives and client needs. 

  • Maintains and creates the company’s website assets including and graphics needed for our blog.

  • Assists with the design of brand awareness assets through marketing efforts such as flyers, catalogs, product campaigns and lookbooks.

  • Assist with and begin to learn how to merchandise for all marketing initiatives. 

  • Support client event graphics (invitations, forms etc.) 

  • Assist with photography and videography file organization. 

  • Create video content for marketing needs.

  • Create presale virtuals for the sales team.


  • Proficient in Photoshop, Acrobat and Illustrator as it will be utilized every day 

  • A Canva wizard 

  • Video editing and creation 

  • Social media savvy, knowledge of social media platforms 

  • Proven experience as a Design Professional in the Promotional Products Industry 

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) 

  • Exceptional organizational abilities, time management and attention to detail 

  • Self-motivated

  • Ability to remain cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment 

  • Ability to work in an ever-changing rapidly growing company with an eagerness to learn and grow 

  • Professional, friendly, and polite interaction with Account Executives, Account Managers, the Graphics team, Suppliers and Clients 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build relationships 

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, take initiative, work both collaboratively and independently 

  • Enthusiastic and Passionate 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • BS or BA in Marketing, Design, or a related field. (Equivalent combination of education experience) 

  • 2+ years of Design/Graphics Experience (preferably in the promotional products industry)
