We are looking for a Marketing Designer based in Latin America to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Software Development company based in Los Angeles, CA.
Our client is an AI-powered Asset Operations Platform trusted by thousands of companies worldwide. Its unified solution connects maintenance, safety, and asset data in one place, eliminating disconnected tools and manual processes. By combining actionable insights, AI-driven capabilities, and customizable workflows, the platform helps teams operate more efficiently while adapting to the way they already work.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging, high-quality visual assets for websites, landing pages, banners, social media posts, digital campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Create original illustrations, artwork, and key art that bring the product, brand, and marketing concepts to life.
- Translate product features, value propositions, and campaign ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Design and refine website experiences in Figma, ensuring strong visual hierarchy, usability, and brand consistency.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts aligned with business and campaign objectives.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across digital touchpoints while adapting designs to different formats and audiences.
- Produce polished, production-ready assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Contribute to creative direction, campaign ideation, and the continued evolution of the brand’s visual language.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Requirements
- Advanced Level of English.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Designer, Brand Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role, with exposure to product-focused environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality key art, website design, illustrations, digital artwork, banners, and social media content.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, color theory, layout, and brand consistency.
- Demonstrated ability to translate product concepts and marketing messages into impactful visual experiences.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing and Product teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to balance creativity, brand guidelines, user needs, and commercial objectives.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain creative decisions clearly.
