In this role, you will shape how Aidoc’s brand is expressed visually across the company.

You will design high-impact marketing assets, help evolve our visual identity, and ensure consistency across all visual communications. You will work closely with marketing leaders, product teams, and company stakeholders to turn complex ideas into clear and compelling visual stories.

You will also work with external agencies and freelancers, guiding their work and ensuring every design output aligns with Aidoc’s brand standards.

In this role, you will:

• Design high-impact brand assets including webpages, executive presentations, social campaigns, and marketing collateral
• Play a key role in Aidoc’s visual identity evolution and rebranding initiatives
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories
• Own and maintain Aidoc’s visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials
• Serve as the final design reviewer for brand-related assets across the organization
• Manage relationships with external agencies, motion designers, videographers, and freelancers
• Write clear creative briefs and ensure outsourced work meets Aidoc’s design standards
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, and leadership teams to bring creative concepts to life

You bring:

• 7+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both brand systems and hands-on design work (web, presentations, campaigns, etc.)
• Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma
• A preference for creating the work yourself, not only directing others
• Strong understanding of motion design and video production workflows
• Experience working with external agencies or freelancers
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for brand consistency
• Experience supporting a visual identity refresh or full-scale rebranding process (advantage)
