Overview

The Market Data Analyst will be responsible for identifying key client opportunities to migrate coverage to target markets and wholesalers. This individual will work closely with the Enterprise Analytics team to leverage dashboards and databases to develop resources to target key client opportunities. This person will also work closely with the management teams tasked to migrate business to core partners and help track results.

  • You enjoy working with data and analyzing numbers, trends and solving puzzles.
  • You have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • You are able to synthesize complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs workflows and procedures.

What You'll Do

  • Pull data from a myriad of sources into tools such as excel and PowerBI
  • Creating tracking tools and dashboards to identify progress of migration opportunities.
  • Develop and create visualizations to clearly express insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to assist in opportunity identification, tracking, and outreach.
  • Work closely with IT team to create and manage workflows and automate tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university or related industry experience.
  • Adept at using technology. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have some knowledge of agency management systems; proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Insurance knowledge is a bonus but not a requirement.
