Join a growing team where organization, collaboration, and initiative make a meaningful difference.

What You Get To Do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Event marketing: trade shows, customer events, broker events, and related materials.
  • Distributor rebates, promotions, program setup, tracking, and reconciliation.

  • Maintain the distributor stocking matrix, identifying which CMA items are stocked at each distributor location and tracking additions, discontinuations, or changes.
  • Support all CMA customer channels, including foodservice, processors, ingredient customers, retail, brokered accounts, and other commercial accounts.
  • Coordinate customer requests that go beyond basic order entry, ensuring each has an assigned owner, next step, and due date.
  • Track samples, specifications, customer approvals, labels, packaging, and other commercialization requirements.
  • Maintain the new-product project tracker and coordinate meetings, status updates, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate customer communication on open projects and routine issues when Sales does not need to own the communication directly.
  • Route quality complaints and customer service issues to the appropriate functional owner, coordinate communication and follow-up, and track issues through resolution. QA retains responsibility for investigating quality complaints and determining corrective actions.
