LOGON Software Asia is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing & CRM Specialist to support our marketing execution and customer data management. This role will work closely with management to plan and organize social media content, generate blog ideas, and maintain accurate, enriched CRM data to support sales and marketing activities.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both creative content planning and structured data work.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Plan and organize social media content calendars (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
- Propose blog topics aligned with company products, customer needs, and industry trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather input for posts and blogs
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
- Outline blog structures and key talking points (writing support is a plus)
- Assist in basic editing, formatting, and publishing of blog posts
- Track content performance and suggest improvements
- Update, clean, and enrich CRM data (contacts, companies, industries, tags)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and lead records
- Support segmentation for marketing campaigns and sales follow-ups
- Generate basic CRM reports when needed
- Support campaign execution (email campaigns, promotions, events)
- Maintain marketing documentation and processes
- Assist with ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations
- Experience managing or updating CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content planning
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience writing or editing blog or website content
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools
- Understanding of marketing analytics or performance tracking
