  • Create character-driven marketing flows that align with game tone and audience fantasies
  • Collaborate with narrative designers to ensure characters and scenarios remain authentic and appealing.

  • Collaboration & Creative Direction
  • Work closely with Marketing Artists, UX/UI Designers, Narrative Designers, and Product Managers to ensure concepts are executable and consistent

  • Reporting & Optimization
  • Maintain a database of tested creative concepts and their performance results
  • Evaluate what types of concepts, characters, or emotional tones perform best
  • Create and present “Creative Learnings Reports” to guide future iterations
  • Continuously refine storytelling and visuals to align with performance trends.

It's all about you

  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, narrative design, or marketing in gaming, entertainment, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of mobile game marketing and emotional storytelling
  • Able to analyze and interpret performance data (CTR, CPI, ROAS) and translate them into creative actions
  • Excellent storytelling and writing skills — especially for short-form, emotionally engaging narratives
  • Deep understanding of player psychology and what drives engagement in romance, lifestyle, and drama genres
  • Proficient in creating storyboards, briefs, and scripts for marketing use
  • Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (art, product, narrative, dev, UA)
  • High awareness of social media trends and content virality (especially TikTok & Instagram).
