Core Digital Media is looking for a detail oriented, passionate Marketing Creative Project Coordinator to join our Creative Design Team within our Paid Marketing Department. This person will be instrumental in helping us ensure that marketing, brand & product assets, and campaigns are delivered at the highest possible level within clearly constructed and communicated time frames.

 

The Project Coordinator will work with multiple departments to ensure campaigns are compliant as well as make sure creative assets are following the rules and safe to test.

 

You’re good at pivoting; remaining fast and flexible while sometimes wearing multiple hats. You thrive under pressure and are driven by results. You’re accountable and responsible to yourself and those around you, and able to check your ego at the door.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all creative work is executed compliantly and without error.
  • Manages project communications internally and between all departments.
  • Communicates directly with individual team members to reiterate scheduled deliverables, relay revision requests, and address obstacles as they arise.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to take clear concise notes and relay them back to the internal creative team.
  • Multitasking, prioritization, and working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Track and be immersed in social media, digital trends, and all digital platforms, with an understanding of which types of content will perform well on respective platforms.
  • Prioritize and jump from task to task while coordinating with those around you.
  • Provide organizational and analytical skills with the ability to contribute on multiple projects at once.
  • Manage project management system (Monday.com) and ensure tickets and assets are being reviewed, are compliant and going to the correct performance managers.
  • Work across departments to gather assets and collaborate on projects
  • Have a sense of urgency and commitment to meet deadlines
  • Assist with administrative and internal process tasks for the Marketing Department / Creative team.
  • Keen eye for detail, compliance, and copyediting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience working in project/campaign management or creative services role in media, digital, or post-production related fields.
  • Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Some experience with video editing software including Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro
