    Job Summary

    We are seeking a creative and versatile Marketing Copywriter to serve as the primary copy expert for our marketing team. In this role, you will craft compelling, brand-aligned content across a variety of platforms and formats, from digital campaigns to print materials—and even UX writing. Much of your work will involve taking existing content and skillfully rewriting or adapting it to fit different platforms and formats, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. This role requires a skilled communicator with a strong understanding of marketing principles, capable of creating content that informs, engages, and drives results.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Create clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for a variety of marketing campaigns and print materials.
    • Collaborate with designers and marketing strategists to develop cohesive, visually compelling campaigns.
    • Produce platform-specific content that aligns with overall marketing goals, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across all channels.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
    • Contribute to content design by providing insights that enhance messaging and ensure alignment with visual elements.
    • Revise and refine content based on feedback and campaign performance to optimize results.
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing platforms.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, platform best practices, and competitor strategies to ensure content creation remains relevant and effective.

    Schedule Details

    Location: On-Site (Laguna Hills, Ca.)

    Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM 

    Required Qualifications

    • Proven track record of delivering clean, compelling content across both digital and print platforms.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong ability to adapt content for diverse platforms while maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand voice.
    • Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully execute marketing campaigns.

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism.
    • Over 5 years of professional experience in copywriting.
    • Skilled in distilling complex information into clear, concise, and impactful messaging.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience utilizing AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to enhance content creation and streamline processes.
    • Solid understanding of general marketing strategies and their application to content development.
    • Strong interviewing and information-gathering skills, enabling the creation of clear, audience-centric content.
