Who we’re looking for: 

Ideal Living is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for owning the marketing calendar and aligning all marketing and cross-functional partners behind a common strategy to drive new revenue and launch newness for our innovative air purifier brand AirDoctor This role will report to the Direct to Consumer, Sr. Brand Manager for AirDoctor and collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to execute e-commerce and digital campaigns. You will be the in-house product expert and will provide copy, assets, and unique sales pages to cross functional teams for all marketing tools, as well as gather and analyze financial and performance marketing data for the brand team. You will also collaborate with external agencies that may manage different parts of brand content and/or performance. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, highly organized, creative, resourceful, and analytical.  

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Execute content strategy and own/maintain marketing calendar in collaboration with cross functional channels/partners, including community impact/giveback program.  
  • Act as a liaison between the cross functional teams to ensure proper execution and consistency of our marketing for all channels and maintain brand asset organization. 
  • Oversee project implementation within PMS (Asana) across all cross functional teams. 
  • Create, route and manage creative briefs, tasks and projects, while meeting project objectives and deadlines.  
  • Have an eye for detail and aesthetic, combined with a demonstrated ability to oversee design resources and recommend channel best practices. 
  • Think out of the box on collaborations and partnerships to drive brand image and awareness and, to ultimately, build new audiences. 
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Procurement on supply chain, managing product needs, inventory and samples for different departments ensuring programs and requests are aligned with marketing calendars and brand strategy. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting with a special degree of attention paid to the analysis of data and strategic suggestions based on their findings.  
  • Track Marketing Budgets & Sales per channel. 
  • Help lead and organize events and trade shows, or digital equivalents, if no physical representation of the brand is possible.  
  • Track record of building, managing, and executing social media campaigns that grow followers and engagement, drive conversion and improve website traffic. 

 

Minimum Requirements and Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, plus 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in health & wellness or consumer/household goods. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ideal candidate will have copywriting skills. 
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills; Must be “hands-on” and get involved with the details. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: able to handle multiple priorities. 
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Docs, Google Sheets. Ability to create high impact presentations. Proficiency in Asana a plus!

Skills Required
