About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the smooth running of our marketing operations. In this role, you’ll assist with scheduling, briefing, tracking, and reporting across multiple projects, from studio launches and creative production to campaign coordination and supplier communication.

This role plays a key part in helping the team deliver on core KPIs, including:

  • 1,500+ pre-registrations before launch
  • 100+ launch party attendees
  • 300+ founding members at launch
  • 480 members within 6 months
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Administration & Project Support
  • Assist with the creation and management of briefs for copy, design, digital, and print
  • Track the progress of assets and deliverables, following up with team members and vendors as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate studio photo/video shoots, event logistics, and supplier timelines
  • Maintain and update key team trackers and calendars in Notion, spreadsheets, and project management tools
  • Support campaign rollouts by organizing materials, assets, and to-do lists for each studio
  • Help manage invoices and budget tracking, ensuring proper approvals and alignment with spend
  • Support the Marketing Leader with day-to-day coordination, admin tasks, and internal comms
Quality Control & Workflow Assistance
  • Review assets (copy, creative, print) for errors and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Double-check that content matches briefs and visual standards before delivery
  • Organize files, folders, and documentation for easy access and version control
  • Help refine internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce blockers
To secure an interview, you should possess the following:
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, or admin support role
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and basic project management tools
  • Clear, professional written communication and a responsive, proactive working style
  • Able to manage multiple small projects or tasks simultaneously without missing a beat
  • Comfortable proofreading, checking assets, and flagging inconsistencies
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and supports the team in hitting deadlines
  • Available for daily overlap with Australian and U.S. time zones to align with team and suppliers
  • Bonus Points For
    • Experience coordinating marketing projects or creative production
    • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, Slack, Box
    • Experience with fitness and/or lifestyle brands

This is a full-time remote position, working Monday-Friday. Although there is some flexibility with the work schedule, you will need a few hours each day in both the US and AUS time zones to collaborate with international colleagues (i.e.:  7am-11am and 3pm-7pm SAST).
