As the Marketing/Proposal Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting proposal development, creating compelling marketing materials, and driving our brand’s visibility and reputation within the industry. You will work closely with various departments internally to ensure consistency and quality across all marketing and proposal-related activities.

Key Responsibilites:
- Proposal Support: Collaborate with teams to develop proposals, including writing, editing, and laying out content for both printed and digital documents.
- Marketing Materials: Assist in developing and updating marketing materials, including resumes, project sheets, corporate qualifications, newsletters, brochures, social media content, and website updates.
- Client Prequalification: Assist in preparing DOT/client prequalification packages, ensuring all necessary documents and information are up to date.
- Document Management: Print and prepare bid proposal documents and other materials as needed.
- Additional Support: Provide general support across a variety of marketing initiatives and tasks as they arise.
Qualifications:
- A 2-year or 4-year college degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field is preferred. We will also consider relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, proposal writing, or related fields.
- Flexible and willing to learn new software, processes, and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and writing skills, including excellent grammar, copyediting, and persuasive writing abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-authoring environment.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing a dynamic and constantly changing workload.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment.
