Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
Location: #LI-Hybrid / Los Angeles, CA or Orange County, CA
Work Arrangement: You will follow a hybrid work model, offering a balanced blend of remote and in-office work.
About The Role
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events, from planning and research to invite management and onsite event support.
- Transport and set up event materials various venues as required.
- Manage the broker bonus program, including data gathering, reporting and timely fulfillment of bonus distributions.
- Oversee the scheduling, registration and communication of sponsorship events with internal teams.
- Maintain and update the company’s marketing calendar on an ongoing basis.
- Research event venues and vendors.
- Assist in sourcing curated gifts and company-branded promotional items.
- Manage the physical inventory of marketing collateral, gifts and branded swag at the HQ office.
- Update and maintain marketing data on Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Manage portfolio photography and ensure property images are consistently updated on the company website.
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies across various channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Investments, Leasing, Construction and Portfolio Management to drive cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, including internships.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work settings within a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to drive to event locations across Southern California as needed.
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Monday.com is a plus.
Compensation
Rexford Industrial's total reward plan includes a premier benefits package, bonus eligibility, and long-term stock incentives. This role's expected annual salary range is $60,000 to $68,000, with a 10% discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility.* The actual base salary and total compensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be performed. The final base salary and total compensation will be described in any offer letter.
