Salary range: $50,000 - $55,000Responsibilities and Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible to review marketing materials to ensure accurate, relevant, current information and obtain appropriate sign-off
Ø Work with publications to meet deadlines and provide feedback for new or updated materials
Ø Working with various departments, i.e. legal, compliance, distribution, social media, RMC- to ensure time standards are defined and maintained
Ø Handles inquiries from the field force related to products, marketing materials, and production
Ø Oversee the creation, maintain timelines, and follow up on product; print, video and online support of marketing materials
Ø Support Company and Canada Client Solution programs- updating POL and public websites with Leaders and Marketing
Ø Implement and support Marketing software programs; MAT logs, Marketing documents logs, Admaster
Ø Assist with audit and reviews for the marketing area by following procedures and pulling supporting documentation as needed
Ø Backup for Reception desk, including answering the phone, directing visitors (clients, representatives, deliveries, etc.) and other tasks as assigned
Ø Support overall marketing effort as may be assigned
Qualifications:
Ø Post-secondary education, or equivalent knowledge through working experience
Ø Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills
Ø Knowledge of insurance and personal financial products and financial industry
Ø Working knowledge of Primerica systems (POL, Mainframe, public site) an asset
Ø Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines
Ø Excellent organization skills and detailed oriented
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ø Public speaking, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
Ø Able to work independently in a team environment
Ø Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
