Accordia Bank is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, brand management, community engagement, and campaign execution across Accordia Bank, Accordia Mortgage, and Quill Bank. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can successfully manage multiple projects, events, vendors, and deadlines while maintaining brand and compliance standards.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute bank and mortgage events, sponsorships, and community activations, including logistics, vendor coordination, staffing, materials, and setup.
  • Manage the bank’s branded promotional products program, including sourcing, ordering, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Coordinate the creation, production, and updating of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, presentations, and product materials.
  • Coordinate advertising placements across print, digital, social media, outdoor, and community channels.
  • Manage marketing projects and campaigns by tracking timelines, approvals, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support Accordia Mortgage marketing initiatives, including loan officer materials, co-branded partner pieces, educational seminars, and industry events.
  • Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across Accordia Bank, Accordia Mortgage, and Quill Bank.
  • Route marketing materials through advertising compliance review and maintain approval documentation.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and advertising schedules.
  • Monitor campaign expenses, vendor invoices, advertising spend, and event budgets while preparing performance and activity reports.
  • Support website, email, and social media content updates in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, community organizations, and business partners.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of marketing coordination experience, preferably within banking, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Experience coordinating events, managing vendors, and supporting print and digital marketing production.
  • Experience tracking budgets, invoices, and marketing project deliverables.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to travel locally on a regular basis and occasionally regionally.
  • Ability to support evening or weekend events and handle event materials as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting advertising campaigns across multiple media channels.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, lead tracking, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments.
