Description

Job Type Full-time (Hybrid/Remote, Based in Dallas, TX)

Alloy Automotive Partners is the corporate team behind some of the fastest-growing independent auto repair brands in the country: Blair Automotive, Simply Euro, Simply Auto, and Lucas Auto Care. Eleven locations across Colorado and Texas today, and we're not slowing down. We've already built the marketing calendar, the campaigns, the brand playbooks, and the vendor relationships. What we need is someone who can take that plan and run it.

The framework already exists, and your job is to own it: keep every campaign, every vendor, and every store on schedule, and make sure what we say is happening actually happens.

What you'll own

  • Coordinating our outside vendor team (web, social media, paid digital/Google Ads, direct mail) to keep every campaign moving on schedule across all brands and markets
  • Making sure mailers, landing pages, social content, and in-store flyers actually match the calendar and hit their deadlines, with nothing falling through the cracks
  • Directing our creative resource on the flyers, postcards, and campaign collateral that need to get made, and turning around quick, clean designs yourself when something needs to move fast
  • Owning our Google Business Profiles, social pages, and review management (Google, Yelp) across every location
  • Standing up marketing and digital assets for new store openings and acquisitions, from Google Business Profile conversions to launch collateral
  • Partnering with our Operations team to keep call-tracking numbers accurate and live across every active campaign
  • Helping finalize and maintain brand guides for each of our brands, including logos, colors, fonts, and taglines, so there's one clear source of truth
  • Running point on our weekly marketing standup: what shipped, what's stuck, what's next
  • Serving as the administrator for our CRM platform, which means actually wrapping your hands around how it works, not just clicking around it
  • Keeping everything organized and staying on top of Slack, because that's how this team moves

Who does well here

The plan already exists, so what we're looking for is someone who can take it and execute without needing to be walked through it twice. If you hit something that isn't covered, the move is to ask and keep moving, not to loop in five people who don't need to be in the conversation. You should be comfortable setting your own timelines and being held to them. And you should have a genuine eye for design. You don't need to be a graphic artist, just able to look at a flyer or postcard and know if it's on-brand and ready to go out, and put together simple pieces yourself when needed.

As you prove you can run the day-to-day, there's real room to grow into more strategic ownership. We just don't expect that on day one.

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary based on Experience: $70,000-80,000
  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401k with company match
  • 2 weeks PTO and 6 paid holidays
  • Hybrid/remote flexibility, based in Dallas, TX, with access to our Carrollton, TX headquarters

We're structured, fast-moving, and genuinely good at what we do. If you like clean systems, hate wasted motion, and want to own real outcomes instead of just checking boxes, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Requirements 2+ years in marketing coordination, project management, or another cross-functional role. Background can be varied; we care more about follow-through than pedigree.

  • Track record of keeping multiple moving projects, vendors, or deadlines on track at once
  • A solid eye for design and brand consistency, with comfort in a basic design tool (Canva or similar) to turn around simple flyers/postcards when needed
  • Strong written communication and comfort working inside Slack
  • Willingness to become the administrator for our CRM platform and genuinely learn the software, not just the surface level
  • Comfortable turning quick assets around fast: free oil change cards, silent auction giveaway designs, banners for local sponsorships and charities we support. This kind of thing comes up regularly, often on short notice
  • Based in or able to commute to the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area, including our Carrollton headquarters

Bonus Points

  • An eye for social content, with the ability to plan or coordinate car shots at our flagship shop
  • A genuine passion for or enjoyment of the car scene

Skills Required

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or another cross-functional role
  • Experience keeping multiple projects, vendors, or deadlines on track simultaneously
  • Strong eye for design and brand consistency
  • Comfort using Canva or a similar basic design tool to create flyers and postcards
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfort working inside Slack
  • Willingness to become the administrator for the company's CRM platform and learn the software in depth
  • Ability to turn around marketing assets quickly and on short notice
  • Based in or able to commute to the Dallas Fort Worth, Texas area, including the Carrollton headquarters
  • Ability to plan or coordinate automotive social content and car shoots
  • Passion for or enjoyment of the automotive scene
