MyBambu is a financial institution delivering the first all-in-one mobile digital banking solution targeting the Hispanic unbanked and underbanked population. Your Opportunity:
This position is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the Senior Project Manager. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in organizing all marketing deliverables and assisting in ensuring tasks are executed efficiently. May also need to execute or assist in ensuring the proper execution of these plans when needed. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliverable Organization:

• Gather, compile, and organize all marketing materials, including graphics, text, and multimedia assets, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Maintain a library of approved and up-to-date marketing collateral for easy access by the marketing team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns by coordinating the production and distribution of collateral materials.
• Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Project Coordination:

• Assist in organizing all marketing tasks and deliverables.
• Monitor the progress of marketing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in coordinating the efforts of the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Skill and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency and accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging strategies.
• Proficiency in proofreading and editing marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Demonstrated experience in organizing and managing marketing projects.
• Familiarity with the fintech industry terminology and concepts is a plus.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to marketing materials in the financial industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools is desirable.

Salary:

• 45K and is negotiable depending on experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds.
