Get to Know the Team

The Singapore Marketing team is responsible for marketing efforts across multiple Grab services in Singapore, including but not limited to Grab Financial Group, GrabFood, GrabMart etc. We work with multiple departments in Grab, from Business, Creative, Social Media, Account Management, Operations and Demand Planning to support and grow the different business streams. Our key stakeholders in the Grab community include regular end consumers in the Singapore market and our merchant-partners, whom we aim to help grow their business together with Grab.

Get to Know the Role

You will report to the Marketing Head - Deliveries, SG, and will be a part of the core team responsible for supporting the Food business in Grab (Deliveries, Omnicommerce and Dine Out, Mart, Express, etc). You will be involved in exciting marketing campaigns spanning across multiple Grab verticals and products.

This role will be a contract position until the end of December 2025 and will be based on-site at our Grab One North office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Execute marketing campaigns focused on our food services
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand messaging
  • Create compelling content for multiple digital marketing channels
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing projects
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners
  • Help organize marketing events and promotional activities
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and collateral
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Support the team in daily marketing operations

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 or more year of experience in marketing
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset and approach to marketing
