As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll drive brand awareness and provide onboarding support for a new product for DoD customers designed to help users request software and cloud licenses. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the product’s successful MVP launch and adoption among a large and diverse user base. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns, develop user-focused content, and support a smooth onboarding experience.

What you’ll do:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of a new software product
- Develop and distribute user-focused content, including guides, FAQs, and training materials, to simplify the onboarding process.
- Develop an onboarding guide and process to help users onboard seamlessly into the new product
- Coordinate with design and training teams to produce promotional assets, such as email templates, social media posts, and videos.
- Organize and support virtual and in-person events, including webinars, training sessions, and launch announcements.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including user engagement, onboarding success, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure marketing materials accurately represent marketplace features and functionality.
- Respond to user inquiries and feedback, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for improved communication and support.
- Maintain and update the marketplace’s marketing content on internal and external platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify innovative marketing opportunities.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Ability to obtain Secret level security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
- Possess an active Secret U.S. Government security clearance.
- Deep expertise in technology or software marketing with a focus on self-service onboarding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics.
- Team-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
