Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the consistency of an editorial calendar addressing various sales funnel stages, ensuring content is optimized for each channel and audience engagement
  • Research and produce high-quality content aligned with marketing strategies and buyer journeys.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in content strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to gather insights and create impactful content.
  • Develop thought leadership content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and use cases, that positions e-Core as an industry leader.
  • Ensure all content adheres to e-Core’s brand voice, style guidelines, and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain e-Core’s corporate reputation through high-quality communication and consistent messaging.
  • Write and optimize content for diverse channels, including LinkedIn posts, blog articles, newsletters, and website pages.
  • Develop compelling copywriting for email nurturing sequences, promotional materials, solution papers, slide decks, advertisements, and video scripts, ensuring alignment with e-Core’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Manage content updates and organization on e-Core’s website, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO best practices.
  • Create engaging social media posts to boost e-Core’s presence and foster engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality visuals accompany written content.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, website traffic, conversions), using insights to refine strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on content performance and recommend improvements to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Optimize content for SEO, link building, and digital performance to improve visibility and rankings.
  • Ensure all published content is grammatically accurate and adheres to best practices in digital marketing.
  • Utilize tools like Google Suite, Confluence, and Jira to manage projects and content workflows effectively.
  • Maintain content documentation, including templates, checklists, and style guides, to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Ongoing higher education in Marketing, Communications, IT, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Experience in marketing and communications
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CMS platforms and social media (preferred).
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing best practices, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to produce high-quality content with attention to detail and creativity.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
