KOAM is owned by Morgan Murphy Media, family-owned and operated since its founding in 1890. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their marketing needs

• Create and present strategic marketing solutions using digital and broadcast products

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and campaign success

• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and deliver results

• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Qualifications

• Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Creative thinker with a passion for strategy and problem-solving

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous sales, marketing, or media experience preferred
