About the role:
The Manager for LTK Marketing Communications will assist in driving revenue by supporting a marketing team that executes campaign plans (calendar planning and coordination, sales materials, and program execution) through brand advertising communication on LTK Shopper and Creator apps targeting Creators and Consumers. This will be a multifaceted role that blends essential daily advertising executional work with exciting strategic opportunities. While the position requires managing routine tasks and detailed execution that are crucial to our operations, it also offers the chance to collaborate with brands on strategic initiatives. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience while also flexing their creative and strategic thinking skills in a dynamic environment. How you will make an impact

  • Deliver comprehensive brand advertisements through a variety of channels including emails, dedicated brand placements, app notifications, sale round-ups, and other bespoke options on the LTK platform. Manage the entire process from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and impactful brand presence.
  • Support with advertising planning, management, and measurement of advertising outcomes. 
  • The ideal candidate will have an understanding of digital advertising campaigns, sales support materials, planning, trafficking assets, executing program status in Hubspot and Asana. 
  • Nurture healthy internal and external relationships with the intent of building partnerships with brands and creating an environment for continuous advertising enhancements.
  • Create client-facing professional advertising recaps and reporting documents.
  • Routine communication and advertising updates to sales and cross-functional partners.
  • This role operates within a collective to work amongst multiple brands and rotates daily between assisting different teams.
  • Must maintain positive relationships with our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their needs are met, even outside of traditional business hours.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings, presentations, or other business-related events, as needed. Travel may include overnight stays and trips to various locations.
  • Attend client meetings, either in-person or virtually, to discuss project progress, deliverables, and any other relevant topics. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up materials as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of Advertising campaign inquiries, and resolutions using our CRM system. Generate regular reports on client feedback, trends, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to coordinate client initiatives, address client needs, and ensure a cohesive client experience.

What you will bring to LTK

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 4+ years of experience generating B2B demand and utilize analytics to optimize content performance
  • Proficiency with general office software (Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Apps) 
  • Experience in social marketing, marketing agency and/or marketing operations, campaign management, account coordinating, or related field
  • Willingness to take on a variety of tasks whether mundane or exciting in order to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Support a cross-functional team of marketing and sales clientele
  • Contributing to a robust and scalable marketing calendar
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual—maintaining order, efficiency, and productivity 
  • A self-starter, bar-raiser and natural collaborator, this role must build key connections both internally and externally, while communicating and delivering complex campaigns effectively.
  • Very detailed-oriented individual with strong organization skills and daily punctuality.
  • Highly communicative individual. Demonstrated success in communication skills:
  • Strong analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to analyze data to derive insights and make decisions. 
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate to meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

  • Industry foundational knowledge: General knowledge of influencer marketing helpful.
  • Foundational organizational & project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail to routinely produce zero-defect work
  • Basic social media background with experience in multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and blog postings
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ideal team player attitude and proven ability to work with team members across business functions.
  • Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to individual team requirements.
  • Positive attitude with enthusiasm for change.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
