As SKIM continues to grow, so does the scope and impact of our Marketing team. We are looking for a Marketing Communications Assistant to support and help elevate our global brand and communications efforts from our Rotterdam office. You will work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to support a wide range of activities that help bring our brand to life across all channels.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role, where you’ll be contributing to multiple marketing projects at once. It’s a great fit if you’re eager to gain experience in B2B marketing communications, and you enjoy creating impactful content, supporting events, and keeping things organized and running smoothly.

More specifically, imagine yourself being responsible for the following:

• Campaign support and execution: Assisting in the development and execution of global marketing campaigns and communication initiatives
• Event coordination: Supporting the coordination and promotion of webinars, events, and industry conferences
• Content creation: Creating and editing content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, internal newsletters, and email campaigns
• Social media support: Supporting our social media presence through scheduling, monitoring, and engagement
• Brand consistency: Helping to maintain a consistent brand voice across communication channels and touchpoints
• Marketing tools and platforms: Working with marketing tools such as HubSpot and WordPress to support campaign execution and content publishing

Our ideal candidate is a curious, enthusiastic and proactive team player who’s looking to build hands-on experience in the full spectrum of Marketing Communications in a B2B environment. You enjoy working on different types of projects, you bring creativity and structure, and you’re eager to learn and grow.

• Relevant degree, preferably in Marketing (Communications)
• 1-2 year(s) of general work or internship experience
• Ability to work with design tools (e.g., Canva)
• Fluency in English
