Role Overview:

As the Marketing & Communication Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance our brand presence. You will lead all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, public relations, and internal communications. This role requires a hands-on approach, creativity, and a strategic mindset to help us grow our business and reach our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with our business goals. Identify key market opportunities and target audiences to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Communication: Craft compelling and consistent messages across all communication channels. Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Create engaging content, monitor performance, and interact with our audience to build a strong online community.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and marketing collateral. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and partners. Secure media coverage and opportunities to enhance our brand visibility.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports on key metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to marketing and communication.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a marketing and communication role, preferably in a startup or small business environment.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and public relations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
