Act as a dependable and proactive team player, supporting senior colleagues and contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.
Liaise with internal writers, creative teams and external agencies as needed to ensure campaign materials are delivered to brief, on time and to a high standard.
Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on campaign progress, timelines and deliverables.

Apply a consistent and analytical approach to measuring campaign effectiveness, developing and tracking appropriate KPIs aligned to business goals and the 2026 go-to-market strategy.
Working with the analytics team, produce clear, well-structured campaign performance reports and dashboards that communicate results in a way that is accessible and meaningful to both marketing and distribution stakeholders.
Share campaign learnings proactively across the team, using insight and data to make recommendations for optimisation and continuous improvement.
