WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Serve as the thought partner, provide input, and develop strong, trusting relationships as the point of contact for marketing related business unit initiatives and its internal customers. 
  • Manage the creation of graphics, newsletters, signage, and other marketing materials ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This includes but is not limited to video, print, and other marketing mediums.
  • Manage social media accounts for business unit, including posting content, managing third-party social media vendors, collaborating with onsite teams and peer-to-peer marketing team members, collecting/sharing best practices/trends, and monitoring/responding to appropriate positive and negative reviews. 
  • Participate in meetings with vendors, onsite teams, and business unit team members related to marketing; periodic field visits to engage with on-site teams, gather marketing insights, and ensure alignment with marketing initiatives. 
  • Support the development of marketing plans/strategies and update as needed based on results and progress.
  • Direct work with creative services vendors to ensure all necessary information and assets are received and accurate, including but not limited to primary photography, imagery, signage, videography, color palettes, and logos. Coordinate photography and video shoots for as needed.
  • Ensure all materials are aligned with planned marketing strategies and brand guidelines and approved by the business leaders.
  • Communicate status updates to ensure marketing materials are accurate and timely.
  • Work with vendors to obtain quotes, purchase orders, press proofs, and coordinate deliveries. Coordinate bulk orders of collateral marketing materials. 
  • Audit websites for grammatical errors, broken links, outdated photography, and video, and escalating issues to website managers and operational marketing support team as needed.
  • Assist with budget creation and tracking for marketing initiatives and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality. 
  • Coordinate and support engagement campaigns including contests, seasonal promotions and community events as needed.  
  • Develop and assist with implementation of email campaigns for prospects/residents and monitor results as needed.  
  • Coordinate updates to internal collateral and operational materials for responsible business area as needed.  
  • Assist HR recruiting team with recruitment marketing initiatives for responsible business area as needed.
  • Coordinate local/low-risk announcements for business specific events and other notable announcements. 
  • Perform various administrative duties and all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of real estate campaign marketing, business social media management, or operations marketing, or a 4-year college degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field and 3 years of real estate campaign marketing, business social media management, or operations marketing is required.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational, project management, and time management skills to handle competing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Solid logical and rapid problem-solving skills and developing strategic, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills 
  • Developing the ability to understand and influence business leaders
  • Strong collaborator who works well with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Proactive and resourceful in coordinating projects, managing deliverables, and ensuring timely execution
  • Experience with marketing coordination, including managing marketing materials, approvals, and vendor communication
  • Professional and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license

HHHunt is committed to offering competitive pay. The annual base salary for this position starts at $63,007 and may increase depending on skills and experience.
