As a Marketing and Business Management Trainee, you will rotate through various roles and responsibilities across our marketing and operations departments, including:
Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Business Operations Management: Support daily business activities, identify operational improvements, and help streamline internal processes.
Market and Competitor Research: Collect and analyze data on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor performance to guide strategic decisions.
Event Planning and Coordination: Help organize promotional events, trade shows, and client presentations with an emphasis on experience and execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside sales, operations, and marketing teams to align on goals and support ongoing projects.
