We are looking for a Short-Term Contractor with solid Marketo experience to support one of our largest clients in the US. This role will play a key part in standing up Ireland’s marketing automation capabilities, building templates, testing performance, and resolving issues in a 10-week engagement.

Key Details:

Contract Type: Fixed-term (10 weeks)
Work Schedule: Up to 30-40 hours per week
Location: Open to candidates based in LATAM
Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2)
Modality: Fully remote

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Campaign Development: Build programs, smart lists, and smart campaigns in Marketo to support marketing automation capabilities.
Template Creation: Develop landing page and email templates aligned with client needs.
Testing & QA: Conduct performance and acceptance testing to ensure campaigns and assets function as intended.
Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance and technical issues within Marketo.

Required Experience and Skills:

Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2)
Senior experience with Marketo (campaigns, smart lists, workflows, templates)
Strong understanding of marketing automation and email campaign execution
Experience with performance and acceptance testing
Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly
Experience working with international clients
Ability to work independently and deliver within short timelines
