We are looking for a full-time Marketing Automation Analyst to support CRM operations, campaign execution, and reporting efforts for our internal team.
Key Details:
  • Contract Type: Full-time
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Management & Data Integrity: Manage CRM platforms, ensuring accurate deal attribution, clean contact databases, proper segmentation, and overall data quality across systems.
  • CRM Workflow Management: Build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows, lead nurturing processes, and CRM automations to improve operational efficiency and lead management.
  • Campaign Execution & Lead Management: Execute CRM campaigns, support lead scoring initiatives, manage audience segmentation, and monitor campaign performance to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Contact Research & Database Maintenance: Research and complete contact information, maintain updated databases, and ensure CRM records remain accurate and actionable.
  • Podcast Operations & Guest Acquisition: Support the planning and production of Condor's podcast, execute outreach campaigns to secure guests, coordinate communications, and manage scheduling activities.
  • Video Editing & Content Support: Edit podcast clips and promotional content, prepare short-form video assets, and support content distribution efforts across digital channels.
  • Testing & QA: Conduct testing and quality assurance for CRM workflows, automations, campaigns, forms, and related assets to ensure proper functionality across platforms.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2)
  • 1.5–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, CRM, or marketing automation roles
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, Salesforce, and/or Pipedrive
  • Experience working with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Campaign Monitor
  • Proven ability to manage large contact lists (10,000+ contacts)
  • Experience building and launching email campaigns (HTML and/or plain text)
  • Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation and reporting
  • Experience creating and optimizing marketing workflows
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Desired Skills:
  • Previous experience in a marketing agency environment
  • Experience working with international teams or clients
  • Experience supporting webinars or virtual events.
  • Basic video editing experience (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with podcast production workflows.
  • Experience with reporting and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with Project Management tools such as ClickUp

Skills Required
