Summary of the RoleThe Marketing Associate is responsible for project management support regarding the production of marketing campaigns, promotions, commentary, reporting and presentations across print collateral, event, web, and digital platforms.
Primary Responsibilities- Updating, proofing, routing, and posting of marketing materials/digital content, including data publishing support.
- Serving as project manager for various marketing requirements, including regular (monthly and quarterly) updates of marketing materials.
- Assisting with the approval process for marketing materials, which includes coordination and communication between compliance and marketing teams.
- Gathering business and data requirements for new marketing materials, collaborating with internal teams and compliance to create new materials and processes.
- Maintaining dashboards, reports and spreadsheets drawing various databases.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Business degree a plus.
- 3-5 years of previous applicable experience. Experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep track of numerous projects.
- Excellent customer service and written and oral communication skills required.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Attention to detail essential, including data entry and proofing.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot issues in the production process, identify and implement solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing business needs.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. Experience in editing PDFs with Adobe Acrobat.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in AI-powered marketing tools and workflows, including familiarity with platforms such as Jasper or Writer. Ability to identify opportunities to streamline and refine production processes using AI is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with data management, coding or digital platforms a plus.
The compensation for this role takes into account various factors, including work location, individual skill set, relevant experience, and other business needs. The estimated base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
