We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Associate to own our marketing operations engine, including HubSpot lifecycle marketing, sales enablement support, and event coordination.
About the RoleOwn HubSpot marketing operations including segmentation, workflows, newsletters, and campaign execution
Partner with Sales to support pipeline growth through targeted campaigns and enablement materials
Create, update, and QA external-facing collateral and sales assets
Coordinate conferences and field marketing efforts, including presentations and supporting materials
Manage freelance designers and external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables
Improve marketing processes to increase speed and scalability
2+ years of experience in marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing ops, or sales enablement
Strong hands-on HubSpot experience
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment
B2B SaaS or healthcare experience
Experience supporting events
Basic design sensibility

The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000-$115,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
