We are looking for a marketing associate to help acquire and manage customer data using our existing tools and processes. Primary responsibilities are finding and entering customer information into organized categories from assigned sources, as well as having to do basic research and verifying data for accuracy. We continuously seek process improvement and optimization, as you will be managing valuable data in our systems.
The right candidate will be able to grow in this role and enhance our existing processes and expand their role and responsibilities over time.
Requirements:
- Must have permission to work in the Philippines
- Strong typing skills
- Computer proficiency
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of databases
- Strong communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English
- Experience with CRMs is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Build marketing campaigns specific to customer data / market segment
- Track deals throughout the sales process
- Help with deal flow forecasting
- Gathering information about customers and validating information
- Categorizing data
- Checking for accuracy and errors
- Continuous management of existing data
