We are seeking a dynamic, and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated self-starting individual with a talent for both verbal and visual storytelling, keen on making a significant impact in the B2B sphere through compelling content creation and strategic social media engagement, particularly on LinkedIn

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative content strategies to enhance our brand visibility and engagement across various marketing channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and our website
• Create compelling, high-quality content (articles, infographics, videos) that resonates with our B2B audience, driving engagement and conversions.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring a consistent and strategic brand message.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy, from concept to execution.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of content and social media campaigns, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in content marketing and social media to keep our thought leadership and strategies ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of full-time experience in marketing, with a proven track record in content creation and social media management.
• Exceptional creativity in both verbal and visual communication, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong experience with B2B social media marketing, especially on LinkedIn.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Either proven experience OR bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Self-starter capable of effectively managing one’s time and meeting deadlines.
• Desire to continuously learn new systems and adaptability to the ever-changing technological environment.
• Professional portfolio of project work from ideation to final deliverable in the B2B space only
• Experience using various tools and software, including Gen AI, within the marketing space to generate quality marketing outcomes with efficiency.
