Job Description

Get-to-know the role

This role requires looking after Platform Growth Marketing & In-app Optimization, and reports directly to OneGrab and Platform Growth marketing team. We are looking for someone with a tech and marketing background - preferably a strategic planning role in the marketing or agencies industry.


With Grab’s fast paced environment, you will need to be able to execute while navigating through the chaos and taking hands-on actions in a timely manner. You need to demonstrate analytical thinking and marketing communication skills to key stakeholders. The successful candidate has critical thinking although having limited information, problem solving skill, and stakeholder management.


The day-to-day activities:

  • Lead the marketing campaigns to drive the growth of Grab as a platform including new users acquisition and users retention

  • Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and go-to-market strategy. React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimize in between campaign activities.

  • Oversee and manage in-app media across all verticals, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives 

  • Regularly monitor, analyze, and optimize in-app media placements to maximize visibility and conversion.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll-out and ensure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and in-app media to align with the company's overall goals.

Qualifications

The must haves:

  • Education: Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Economic, Business, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience; digital marketing, media planning, or performance marketing, is preferred.

  • Goal-oriented and can execute fast: Track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth, start-up environment

  • Familiarity with technology including generative AI or programming language is preferred

  • Collaborative: Effective in engaging and influencing stakeholders to achieve targets

  • Data-driven, resourceful and creative: Can develop creative, innovative ideas for marketing through different channels to reach and engage consumers effectively.

  • Highly detail-oriented: Ensure the quality of all marketing materials and communications

  • Good command in Thai and English: Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred

  • Computer literacy, MS-office, and another instant program
