Marketing Associate - Operations (India)

**This position will be working 100% Remotely from your home office in India as part of a distributed team in the USA and India.
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to support lead list building, enrichment, and CRM updates. You will work with tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and ensure all records are clean, structured, and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Dripify and other tools
- Extract lead emails and associated details from Dripify to maintain well-structured Excel sheets
- Build and enrich lead lists from other marketing sources (e.g., conferences, Leadfeeder, website traffic reports)
- Keep lead lists and CRM records clean by removing duplicates, updating statuses, and ensuring consistency
- Upload and organize lead lists in Salesforce with proper formatting and tagging
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure lead data is aligned with campaign needs and targeting criteria
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations or CRM support role
- Proficient in English to communicate with the broader US-based team
- Comfortable working with lead data in Excel and supporting CRM updates (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a platform; experience with Dripify or similar tools is a strong plus
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and reliably
