MARKETING ASSOCIATE MANAGER

 

Summary:

Within GSTV, the Marketing Associate Manager will touch various teams within our group such as Marketing Solutions, Marketing Communications and Design. Our group develops thoughtful marketing and promotional programs alongside our business development team. We collaborate with teams across the organization to develop concepts that meet client needs and then bring the story to life.

 

We’re looking for someone with a passion for media, partnerships, events and solutions. A collaborative spirit, results-oriented mindset, positive outlook, creative marketing background, and proactive personality are a must. 

 

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Revenue Growth
    • Leading the project management of several key focus accounts to help defend and grow our largest client partnerships
    • Supporting the development of periodic Enterprise Business Reviews to strategically grow the client partnership and drive revenue
    • Collaborating with Insights and Sales Leaders to craft dynamic and compelling seasonal and category-based collateral aligning with key tentpoles
  • Marketing Solutions Project Management
    • Updating collateral regularly and network numbers 
    • Scheduling and partaking in proactive meetings with sellers 
    • Reviewing and approving industry newsletter
    • Working with sales team on client requests (decks, one sheets, thought starters, etc.)
    • Keep multiple projects moving forward, proactive and reactive, while sticking to timelines.
    • Other projects as necessary.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Overseeing collateral content management (organization, updates, and platform administration)
    • Training revenue team on enablement technologies
    • Track, analyze, and present metrics of content usage and effectiveness

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead interdepartmental projects
  • Background in creative ideation & development
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and methods for demonstrating, promoting, and selling products or services
  • Ability to derive insights from research and familiarity with a broad range of advertising/media tools
  • Copy/Script Writing
  • Account/Project Management
  • High energy with positive outlook
  • Creative, resourceful and detail-oriented

Education and/or Experience:

BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field, as well as 2-3 years of related experience (media, agency, integrated marketing). Experience/knowledge in the following is a plus: Microsoft Suite of Tools, Social Media Platform, Photoshop and email marketing tools.
