Your Adventure Ahead

  • Plan & Execute Campaigns: Develop and manage marketing content across ShopBack App, Web, CRM, social media, and paid channels to grow the max of new users.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with KOLs/KOCs to enhance brand exposure and attract new users.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders, agency to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Content Creation & Social Media: Craft compelling content and manage our social media presence.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and share actionable insights.

Essentials to Succeed

  • Experience: At least 1 year of marketing experience.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with various teams and external partners.
  • Creative & Analytical: Skilled in content creation with basic data analysis knowledge.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
