Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to creative projects, and assisting with the execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth.

The Marketing Assistant will play an important role in coordinating campaigns, conducting market research, preparing promotional materials, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights on industry trends and target audiences.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Support the development of brand messaging and marketing content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for internal review.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Maintain marketing databases, records, and organizational systems.
