We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will support our marketing department in planning, executing, and monitoring a variety of campaigns and initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and coordination of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

  • Support event planning, partnerships, and branding initiatives.

  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance and key findings.

  • Maintain organized marketing files, contact lists, and documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
