STV has a position for a Marketing Assistant to assist our Transportation North Marketing group. This position is designated as hybrid (4 days week/in office) and will be located in our New York, New York office.

Responsibilities:
Support our marketing team in the preparation of qualifications statements and proposals, which involves assisting with research, layout, editing, coordination among team members, and production (i.e., reproduction, packaging, delivery)
Coordinate with managers to maintain marketing and business development materials including databases, schedules, client management documents, and other support materials
Manage and update information in marketing databases
Provide client lead tracking and documentation of activity and outcomes
Miscellaneous marketing administrative support
Requirements:
Commitment to quality and strategy
Flexibility and creativity in responding to clients (internal and external)
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Ability to manage assignments under deadline pressure and, when necessary to meet deadlines, be willing to work overtime
Must also be resourceful and have a strong work ethic
Qualifications:
Associates/Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalency
1-3 years experience assisting in proposal process/writing
Experience in Microsoft ® Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
REQUIRED experience in the AEC industry with strong familiarity with proposal processes

Compensation Range:
