Job Description

IGL 4 Us is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities.

In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and management teams to help organize campaigns, communicate with customers, support promotional initiatives, and assist with day-to-day marketing operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, staying organized, and contributing creative ideas in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Support marketing projects from initial planning through completion.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and internal team members.
  • Assist with customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and campaign information.
  • Coordinate schedules, project details, and marketing activities.
  • Gather customer feedback and assist the team in identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain organized records related to campaigns and ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and business objectives.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
