Job Description

NextShining is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our day-to-day marketing activities and help coordinate campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand projects.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their professional skills in a fast-paced business environment. You will work closely with the marketing team to help execute projects, communicate with customers and internal teams, and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Support the coordination of marketing projects, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, reports, and campaign documentation.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities and campaign performance.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, partners, and internal departments.
  • Assist in tracking campaign results and preparing performance summaries.
  • Support customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop new marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Perform additional marketing and administrative duties as needed.
