Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller administrativen Tätigkeiten und hast Budgets stets im Blick.
- Du arbeitest eng mit externen Agenturen, Partnern und Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) zusammen – Verträge und Abstimmungen liegen bei dir in guten Händen.
- Du organisierst interne und externe Meetings sowie Events mit Liebe zum Detail.
- Du kümmerst dich um unsere Werbemittel und pflegst unseren Webshop.
- Du koordinierst Anfragen von Kund:innen und Außendienst und sorgst dafür, dass Informationen klar, schnell und transparent fließen.
- Du bringst dich in spannende Projekte ein und arbeitest bereichsübergreifend mit Kolleg:innen zusammen.
- Du optimierst unsere digitalen Ablagestrukturen und sorgst für Ordnung und Effizienz.
- Du erstellst überzeugende Präsentationen, die unsere Ideen und Strategien auf den Punkt bringen.
- Du übernimmst Terminmanagement und Reiseorganisation – strukturiert und vorausschauend.
- Du behältst den Markt im Blick und übernimmst die Wettbewerbsbeobachtung, um Trends und Chancen frühzeitig zu erkennen.
Dein Profil – fachlich und persönlich:
Fachlich:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erste Erfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion ist ein Plus.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) und nutzt digitale Tools wie Microsoft Teams oder Viva Engage mit Leichtigkeit.
- Du kommunizierst souverän – auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Your responsibilities
You ensure smooth execution of all administrative tasks and keep a close eye on budgets.
- You work closely with external agencies, partners, and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) – contracts and coordination are in your capable hands.
- You organize internal and external meetings and events with great attention to detail.
- You manage our promotional materials and maintain our online webshop.
- You coordinate requests from customers and the sales team, ensuring that information flows clearly, quickly, and transparently.
- You actively contribute to exciting projects and collaborate across departments.
- You optimize our digital filing systems, maintaining order and efficiency.
- You create compelling presentations that convey our ideas and strategies clearly and effectively.
- You manage schedules and travel arrangements in a structured and proactive manner.
- You monitor the market and conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities early on.
Your profile – professional and personal
Professional:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in an assistant role is a plus.
- You are confident using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Viva Engage.
- You communicate fluently and professionally in both German and English.
