We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing and Communications Project Coordinator to play a crucial role in aligning our internal and external communications. You will act as the central project coordinator between our Go-to-Market (GTM) and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless execution of all related initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Office of the CEO, your focus will be maximizing ROI, streamlining workflows, and strengthening our brand presence through proactive marketing and communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination:Support the execution of GTM and Marketing projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and resources.
  • Develop and maintain project plans that facilitate team collaboration and track progress toward key milestones.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between GTM, Marketing, and other teams to drive project success.
  • Communications Support:Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent communications strategy across internal and external channels.
  • Coordinate the flow of information between teams, ensuring key updates and messages are communicated effectively.
  • Monitor brand mentions across digital platforms, compiling insights to help strengthen our messaging and engagement.
  • Marketing Operations: Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends and support the optimization of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including conferences and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
  • Assist in managing media and influencer lists and supporting the development of automated marketing workflows.

  • Experience: You bring 2+ years of experience in project coordination or communications, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: You excel at analyzing data to uncover insights that inform and improve decision-making.
  • Project Management Expertise: You’ve successfully managed multiple projects, balancing deadlines, budgets, and quality easily.
  • Highly Organized: Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail allow you to prioritize and manage competing tasks effectively.
  • Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with colleagues across departments.
  • Proactive & Results-Oriented: A self-starter, you take initiative and are motivated by achieving tangible results.
  • Eager to Learn: You’re passionate about marketing and excited to continue growing your skills in a dynamic setting.

  • iGaming industry experience Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
