Position Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Intern to assist in driving data-driven insights that support the growth of our marketing efforts. This role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with marketing performance data, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing Analytics team to help measure and optimize campaigns, assisting in data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations. The position is located in Milwaukee, WI and will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Marketing KPI Dashboards:
    • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards that measure key metrics, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and conversion performance.
    • Help monitor trends and identify insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Data Collection and Reporting:
    • Gather data from marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to the marketing team.
  • Campaign Analysis:
    • Contribute to post-campaign reviews by analyzing performance data to assess success and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    • Work with marketing, sales, and business intelligence teams to ensure alignment on KPIs and data needs.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to inform campaign strategy based on collected data.
  • Process Improvement Support:
    • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement in analytics workflows and data reporting.

Qualifications/Requirments

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • GPA of 3.5 or higher strongly preferred
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in team environments
  • Able to work 40 hrs per week during the summer
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
