As a Marketing Analytics Specialist on the Private Client Data & Analytics team, you will partner with Marketing and Product Strategy to support the full client marketing campaign lifecycle, including targeting, business case development, list execution, reporting, test design and modeling, financial assessments, forecasting, and campaign analysis. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance marketing initiatives, understand customer needs, and identify effective ways to communicate how our products and services can improve their financial lives. You'll need to be technically proficient, highly analytical, resourceful, and an effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive key projects across teams. You'll work directly with our stakeholders on the design, development, implementation, and measurement of strategic marketing campaigns from a data and analytics perspective.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end marketing analytics and optimization across the campaign lifecycle, including opportunity sizing, audience targeting, test design/execution, performance reporting, and insight generation.
- Partner closely with clients/stakeholders to manage the portfolio of work, define the delivery approach, and recommend strategy and experimentation to meet business objectives.
- Provide both tactical and strategic marketing insights through analytics, reporting, and advanced data visualization techniques.
- Solve complex problems and translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights.
- Leverage an evolving suite of analytics tools, including cloud migration and next-generation analytical applications.
- Profile, wrangle, and prepare data from diverse sources to support analytical work.
- Write data transformation logic using languages such as Python & SQL
- Build trusted relationships across a matrixed organization.
- Stay current on industry trends and continuously evaluate new tools and methods to address evolving business needs.
- Take direction effectively while working independently with limited supervision.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- BS Degree in an applicable STEM discipline and 5+ years of related Marketing Analytics experience
- Hands-on experience in delivering analytics and insights to multiple levels of management (Including Test Design, Financials, Conversion/Response Reporting, Response Analysis, Incremental Analysis, Response Profiling and Target/Segmentation Analysis)
- Experience working with Snowflake, AWS and advanced level database querying languages (SQL, HQL, SparkSQL) with modern cloud-based data architectures.
- Technical understanding of data extraction, transformation, and load processing.
- Proficiency in web analytics (Adobe Insight/Adobe Site Catalyst).
- Experience with dynamic and interactive reporting applications (i.e., Tableau, Databricks)
- Tangible experience with business strategy and tactical implementation.
- Strong written and oral presentation / communication skills – the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders
- Ability to work and collaborate with and influence internal and external partners.
- Problem-solving skills are essential. Must be able to think outside the box to implement creative solutions that solve business problems.
