In this role, you will
- Analyze paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, regions, creatives
- Build regular reports and provide ad-hoc analytics on marketing effectiveness (CAC, ROI, LTV, attribution).
- Connect marketing data with product metrics to measure the true business impact of campaigns.
- Monitor marketing funnel health and detect anomalies or drops in performance.
- Collaborate with product analysts, marketers, and data engineers to improve data pipelines and tracking.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and budget allocation.
It’s all about you
- At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing analytics
- Experience collaborating with marketing and product teams to monitor key performance metrics, identify anomalies or performance issues, and communicate actionable insights to managers for decision-making.
- Strong SQL
- Strong problem identification skills with critical thinking and a clear understanding of cause-and-effect relationships.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV, ARPU, retention) and attribution models (last-click, multi-touch)
- Good communication skills to translate complex findings into business recommendations
- Would be a plus
- Familiarity with Python and basic understanding of ML
- Usage of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, etc) on a daily basis
